Bill graduated from UNC in 1973 with a BA in Radio, Television and Motion Pictures. He earned his Masters in Education in 1978.
He was an original member of the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) team at the UNC School of Medicine, and then worked for AHEC at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital for 8 years as Director of Instructional Resources.
He has been an employee with Chatham County since 1992, and was Interim Health Director in 2001. He is Chairman of the Chatham Family Resource Center and Chatham Citizen Corps Council.

Ann earned her BA degree in English and Physical Education at UNC–Chapel Hill.
Ann has extensive experience teaching high school subjects and living skills to young adults. Ann assists the FRC Director with numerous administrative reports.
